Across the road from the boats this unassuming cafe boasts fresh and we'll prepared food. We tried the hot creamed lobster roll loaded with fresh lobster in a creamy sauce atop a toasted bun which quickly becomes saturated with the sauce but oh my the lobster is delicious and very different from the traditional cold roll. The food at this restaurant was flavorless and soggy, with coating that didn't stick to the food. The gravy even tasted like coffee. The only good thing about the meal was the coleslaw. The fruit platter I had was bland and tasteless. Despite hearing good things from others, we were disappointed after traveling an hour to try the food. Three of us barely ate 75% of our meals.
