Not impressed with the shrinkflation. They have shrunk their sizes and charge more for the product. Their medium is enough for literally 4 or 5 curly fries. Their large is the size of an old medium. This Arby’s location is typical in its comfort, and the staff is very friendly. During my recent visit, the restaurant had run out of their new limited-time burgers. However, they offered half-price alternatives to everyone who ordered those burgers. I’m not sure if this is a corporate policy or a local decision, but it was definitely the right one and surely helps build customer loyalty. We’ll definitely return every time we’re in the area!
The service at this fast food restaurant is excellent. The staff members, who are quite young, are well-trained and collaborate effectively. I absolutely love their chicken tenders!
