Great bar at the Mekong. I had the pleasure of being able to see the opening of the bar and met great people around them. The staff is amazing and friendly. I was also able to reverse in English, which is extremely rare for most parts of Laos. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for good moods and a nice place to eat.
