"The food is always good everytime we visit. However, most of staffs give poor service. They forget orders or act rude. The place is great though. It offers seatings both inside and outside the restaurant, their menu is diverse, and their fried chicken is always good and crispy. The food is delicious, but the service is poor. Staff are often unfriendly. But the restaurant itself is ok. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and a varied menu. "Go-to place for palasalubong in Pampanga. I love their kakanins and other pasalubong. Their palabok was average or so-so but Lasagna was great. They were also understaffed since the waiting time for the food is long."

"Chicken often still has blood. Service 0 stars as always bad service. Ssbhn 5 min or 10 min. Your order but it will take you 30 min. Can't wait. Not once, but I've always experienced that with you... When you give food, you still frown. When you follow up on your order, just wait, sir, we will prepare it. But it will take 10 to 20 minutes.
