I had forgotten just how good Caprock Cafe is. The mafia queso is on point, as are the chips and salsa. I had the 1/4 lb. Cheeseburger, fries, and a non-alcoholic beer(work). I've given this place 2 chances now and I'm left wondering why everyone thinks it's so amazing. I know it's a Lubbock institution, but both times we've been the food is over salted and over seasoned.
