"Serengeti wings were nice and spicy. Entrees seem to be focused on fish, which isn't my thing. The rice with beef was underwhelming as the beef was extremely tough. Good selection of African beer."

"This facility was a great, fast place to get food until about a month ago. I sat for almost an hour when I last went and decided to try again today because it was 430 in the afternoon and could not be so busy. Low and behold, they are still so slow and have secured a line because they cannot be “fast food” never again eating here."

"I love this place! the staff is always so sweet and welcoming, eating is delicious and serving are generous! I love that her meat is not exaggerated by the smoke taste, and her homemade potato salad is perfect for my tastes! we have not ordered a first trip, but the second trip we did and regretted not try it earlier!"

"I have the bowl with white rice, steak, red salsa, sour cream and cheese. Eating is good. Most of everything on the hot side looked dry and crowded beside Carnitas and Barb. The dining room is dirty. I heard other customers complain about it next to me."

"In a word AMAZING! The atmosphere is beautiful. The brick oven pizza's are some of the best I've ever had. Well worth the premium price. Above and beyond the food is the staff. They are some of the friendliest, most helpful staff that I've seen anywhere. It wasn't just one person either all of the staff were like that. Everyone checked with us to make sure we had everything we might need, and to offer a greeting and a smile. They were what every owner manager dreams of they acted as if they had a vested interest in each of the customers, and made everyone feel welcome. I will definitely be back every chance I get. You won't find a better pizza anywhere in Lubbock, or feel more welcomed even in your mom's dining room. Don't miss out. If it's pizza you're hungry for, this is the place to go."

"Food is good. Love that the tortillas are freshly made on site. Rice was oddly really greasy. Kids were not particularly fond of the greasiness of the rice. Although, my fajitas were quite good. Decor is nice and kids had fun."
