What User likes about Potbelly:
sandwich? good menu of signatures and classic sandwiches. I had the club reg size and chips. good price and yes go for a dreamable! I want to try the ice bread! good service, meat and brot, then toppings don't get it twisted! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Potbelly:
Their food has been great in the past but I recommend updating your hours. It says y’all open at 8:30 and so I show up at 10:50 to order lunch. I wait 5 min or so and decided to call. I asked if the drive through was open and she said that they were short staffed but they will open in few min. I understand being short staffed but her tone was not nice so I decided to go somewhere else. View all feedback.

I will definitely be coming here again as I work right down the street. Tab has shown great customer service and made my visit a wonderful experience! Also you have to try the chicken tomato mozzarella. It was very delicious

Great food. We order once a week from here but it’s hot or miss some days with them always forgetting something. Some days it’s perfect and they remember to bring everything, other days they forget some of the order like cookies, soup, extra cheese, napkins, spoons, etc. This is annoying but the food really is great so I’m giving 4 stars.

Great sandwiches! Soups are okay. If you call your order in and need to use the Drive-Thru, you have to go all the way around the building to get there.
