Best Sonic experience ever! After my house was burned down and I lost one of my sons, I was worried about what Sonic I had to go on because I changed where I lived. Well, I have to say that this sound has blown away my expectations and 10x is better than the sound I originally visited. The food came superduper fast and was really delicious, but they forgot my sauces and a toy in the meal of my son (the living) child.... View all feedback.

Waited a really long time for burnt food and missing items. Maybe it was a bad day for her. They seemed super busy, but when we got our order, the other half was dead. Food: 2/5 View all feedback.
I enjoy going to get a drink at Sonic sometimes even food. I've received cheese on several of the sandwiches even after told no cheese. I wouldn't mind however I'm allergic. Please pay attention .

I rarely stop at Sonic anymore. My family and I feel the flavor and crispness of the drinks have gone downhill and the of items on their Value Menu continues to shrink. I stop sometime 's to get burger patties for my dogs, but the last time I was ordering, I was told the patties come pre-seasoned now, which is a bummer, because I always order with no salt/seasoning. Recently, multiple local Sonics have closed off some, if not all, of their stalls due to being short staffed . Positive 's: Car Hop 's are always pleasant they offer 1/2 price drinks if you order through the app. Negative part of the app is that 3 of us in our home had our separate Sonic accounts hacked, and our debit cards that were attached to the app, were used to make multiple purchases of Sonic gift cards. It was a huge mess to rectify!!
Poor customer service Didn't listen to my order or repeat it back to me. The order itself wasn't complicated at just 3 large Mocha Crunch Blasts. When they were brought out we ended up with mediums. I am not one to send things back and I am usually very forgiving, but the car hop wasn't very customer friendly. To make matters worse it took awhile for the mediums to come out. When the hop finally brought the large blasts out he proceeded to tell us that we owed more than what we paid... wth! He said we owed $3.90 and was not friendly about it and the blasts were still mediums thrown into a large cup... I am so disappointed in the lack of customer care that was put forth. To top it off they had no lights on the facility until it was completely dark outside.
They overfilled a bag and it ripped while being delivered. 8 burgers in one bag was too much, and it fell on the sidewalk. They did not offer to remake the food, or offer anything else to apologize. They simply got two more bags while my wife picked it up from the ground. 5 of the 8 burgers were wrong and when we complained, the manager said, We don 't do refunds. The corporate office agreed to a refund but after being on hold, was told that the amount was too high--it had to be less than $40 otherwise the store would have to issue the refund. Interesting since their manager said they don 't offer refunds.
