What User likes about Susaki Sushi Steakhouse:
I am very picky about my sushi, because I was only in a handful of places where the fish tasted fresh and well prepared. I was so excited to find good sushi in Lubbock near Susaki!!! I have a mussel allergy, but my waitress took it very seriously and notified everyone very attentively. Excellent service and absolutely DELICIOUS Sushi. My husband and I came to Susaki for sushi and left disappointed. We ordered the Out of Control Roll and the spicy Maki cellar to share. The reels were not fun overall. The fish was obviously less fresh than you expected for sushi and the spicy from the spicy Maki reels were of extra Wasabi in the role.
