I went in and was not greeted or acknowledged. Don't worry, the three people behind the counter looked kind of busy talking. So I was in the empty line that looked at the menu. The article sounded good so I was excited to order. I went to the register and made eye contact with all three people, they saw disgusting I was even there and still refused to speak or be friendly, not even a smile. I stood there for 5 minute... Our lunch was served yesterday by The Watering Well!! There was a nice selection of salads and sandwiches and of course desserts. They had me in salads!! I had both the chopped salad and the avocado salad. Both salads were delicious and the freshly made dressings really improved the taste. Although I tried to be good... I've tried the carrot cake and the chocolate dough! Who can taste a sugar-free Keto Donut so well!! I think I found my new visit to breakfast and lunch!! Thank you. Kandy for the wonderful meal!
I go here when I just get my paycheck, HA! But the aesthetic and the water fixture in the middle of the restaurant make this place so ... calming? Yeah just feel relaxed and at ease. I have been here twice and both times I have loved what I have gotten. I 'm gluten free for medical reasons and they have a ton of options such as vegan, dairy, vegetarian, etc. HOWEVER, when you order, the menu will say if the option for gluten free is available for the item you want to order. You need to tell them it 's a gluten free grilled cheese or whatever you need to be ordered. It doesn 't come that way. The staff is also very friendly. They have house loose leaf teas that are wonderful (hot or iced). The iced tea takes a bit longer because they have to steep it and then place it in ice. They also have a friendly pastry menu! It 's difficult to find a good place with great tasting gluten free pastries! Love this place, again pretty pricy, but worth it for the experience!
Everything was amazing, the turkey sandwich, Greene chili breakfast burrito, the kids grilled chicken, chips and lemonade and the piece de resistance the cold Brew that treated like spring

The love for detail in the watering well eatery was six years in production. healthy eating with fresh ingredients, fine tees and a thoughtful atmosphere. very happy lubbock has this unique business. grateful for the creative entrepreneurs!
