The day before departure, we approached her with an order, to which Nastya announced a new version: you need to pay 3000 UAH for a banquet (on Monday for two .... and another 100 UAH for a pool .. after of our refusal, this woman changed her face and began to be rude, and I quote what did you think, this is the level of the establishment, I 'm not interested in your order for 200 hryvnia per person, throw the menu so that we still think .. When we were indignant at the tone and they said that it was not the level to communicate with guests like that, she asked a question, I quote Why did you even come here? ... To be honest, we have never met such an ill-mannered administrator who allows himself to be rude and evaluate guests with a bill for food.
