After a very large Italian lunch, I wasn't hungry till 1am. Came here and git an amazing wood fired pizza picante at 1.30am! for ONLY €10

"Whilst staying in Lucca we tried a few gelato's but once we found this one there was no comparison anywhere in Lucca and possibly all of Italy, which really means the world as this is the home of the gelato. The staff are superb and very helpful. The quality of the ice cream is phenomenal. And the cakes well have a look at the photos. If in Lucca of an evening take a stroll through S. Elisa gate to this gelato you will not be dissappointed. Be prepared to queue with the locals for a few minutes as this is a popular shop!!"
