"Upon entering, we had to wait at the door because so many were checking out at the same time, and you couldn 't get through. Chips are served cold here! Salsa is a bit spicy! Refried beans are a bit bland. It was very warm in there, too, to the point we were literally sweating! I don 't usually complain, but I 'm just hoping improvements could be made for a better experience in the future! We will still be back! I 'm not writing this as a bad review persay just constructive feedback! We loved our sweet, very attentive waitress!"

"1st time being there. Went in asked to see menu young girl gave it to us, we asked to be seated, they weren't friendly, ordered garlic parm wings and fries, wings had no garlic parm flavor and fries hardly any. Server stayed at register talking to other employees, waited until we were almost done to come check on us. Won't be back!"

"We have often eaten in this Waffle House and have always enjoyed an exemplary service and delicious food. To expound for customer service, last week too many hours of the morning I found myself waiting in a hospital parking lot after my husband was involved in an accident. I knew it would take hours and hours before I heard something, so I went to the Waffle House and put a takeover order. When I took it up, not only the food was so well prepared and comforted, but Scott and Shay were so friendly and well maintained. Without prying, they learned something about my situation and offered the most friendly words. I am very happy to say the morning went very well in the hospital and I went happy with a healthy man home, but Scott and Shay's friendly gestures and conversation really made a difference in a very hard night. I can say this restaurant has consistently fast, good service and good food, but it also has some great people running the show. We'll be back soon."

"We waited for OVER an hour and a half and no pizza. So I called and was asked to come pick it up. This is not an option for me. I was placed on a long hold and advised the pizza delivery person would be back at the restaurant in 10 min and then could comethis way. I was also advised that they were gettin ready to call people to tell them they were running behind due to 1 deliveryperson. Calling immediately after I placed my order would've been acceptable and I would've gladly gotten a refund. Afterwaiting an hour and half we are just hungry and having to feed the kids from the hotel kiosk instead. No offer for compensation.Manager was fine with me calling corporate. ??????? Update: We ordered at 5:45 and recieved at 8:05. Pretty sure it's food fromthe original order and wasn't appetizing. Also missing ranch that we paid for."
