This place is mainly meant for hotel guests only. Local visitors are not very welcome.... And as this seems to be a place where the utterly rich show off smoking their most expensive cigars it is not possible to stay only a couple of minutes for a non cigar smoker... Breathtaking view. During a sunny day, it's the best place in Lucerne to make an aperitif and enjooy the time with friends and family.
