A hotel with decent amenities surely makes it up with outstanding guest service and the location. A special mention needs to be given to Shubman at the reception. A point very many properties loose out is due a certain amount of indiffrence of the staff, however Shubman was extremly acomodating and courteous . Worst experience. Instead of charging 4880 they charged 5880 , so be careful while paying through cards. After raising complaint of overcharged amount they again charged for rs 4880 and told that wrongly charged Rs5880 will be refund back to my account .
