What Neva Shields doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Do not get to go orders! Fries will be soggy even when showing up early for pickup then waiting at least 10 mins for them to come out. Also they will forget things in your order and you will have to come back and go in to get them. Also the fries are not seasoned at all so if you like dried soggy potato fries and missing things in your orders and have to come back anyway then order from here! Just happened today Jan... Alpena Applebee's is phenomenal, unlike other locations. They exceed expectations every time. Friendly staff. I am a repeat customer when in the area.
