Big B - Feedback

What Redlich s doesn't like about Big B:
Food came instead of the notified 70 minutes after just 3 hours. After 1.5 h there in the 15 minute clock, but always get the statement that the driver is on the go what could be wrong. Once they called, they didn't go to the phone anymore. We called 5x and had to take a new number each time.
