"Random search with repetition guarantee Where when it sclotter-cold out and presses a chicken, but the favorite café just closes?! We saw this question unprotected until the friend S. suddenly came to the good idea: “Let’s test the place.” Nothing like this: after Grenadine, in the heart of the old town in the jewelleryless Wahmstraße. Your car cannot be parked there, because the city centre of Lübeck has only parking spaces and parking spaces for residents. But for our bikes there is a place, so there is nothing in the way to visit the unknown place. For an evening in the middle of the week the place is very well visited, but we are lucky, and a friendly waiter leads us to a table for four. There we are grateful for the dark red, cozy synthetic leather benches. Menus are served in flight, the decision is quick to flash: we order antipasti plates for 6,90, and hop trays of various manufacturers. The well-kept drinks are on our table in no time and we don't have to wait long for the food. The bright, nice waiter brings us a well-stocked basket with fine-cut multi-grain bread, so to speak as a vanguard, and then the pleasantly large plates are pushed into our field of view with dinner. We are glad, because what we can see is very appetizing. Even after the first careful bites it remains: delicious, the slightly flavored and slightly spicy vegetables are sufficiently high. We sleep and chat and feel comfortable all around. For a time we deal with drawing the delicious Garsud through the slices of bread from our plates, and above all not when it sounds as good as this. mrs.liona is now sadly tired and wants to go home. A short visit to the village: there is nothing to complain here too. In the meantime, the men pay the bill that moves within a completely reasonable framework. Satt and very satisfied we agree: here we want to return soon! Conclusion: Without recommending any restriction."

"Wir konnten im Buddenbrooks einen rundum gelungenen Abend genießen. Der Service um Frau Effenberger fiel von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung durch freundliche Aufmerksamkeit auf und zeichnete sich während des Abends durch eine angenehme Unauffälligkeit aus. Der Saal mit den hohen Decken und Stuck-Reliefs wurde durch die modernen großen Leuchter um einiges gemütlicher. Die geschmackvoll eingedeckten Tische standen in sehr großzügigem Abstand. Alle 6 Gänge des Menüs (man kann aus 8 Gängen wählen) konnten ohne Makel überzeugen und trafen sicher unseren Geschmack. Mit fehlerfreiem Handwerk wird überwiegend modern interpretierte französische Klassik geboten (z.B. exzellenter Steinbutt mit Topinambur und Beeftea). Sehr angenehm empfanden wir den weitgehenden Verzicht auf Effekthascherei und molekulare Spielereien, die meist eh rasch ermüden und langweilen. Die angebotene Weinbegleitung passte erwartungsgemäß sehr gut bis perfekt zu den Speisen und bot durchweg Erstklassiges (z.B. den grandiosen Grauburgunder GG von Heger zum großartigen Steinbutt). Interessant ist das Angebot von mit Aromen verfeinerten Fruchtsäften als alkoholfreie Alternative zum Wein (auch wenn man die Aromenvielfalt und die Feinheit des Weins damit nicht ganz erreichen kann und oft die Süße etwas im Weg steht). Die Menüpreise halten sich gemessen an der Küchen- und Serviceleistung (noch?) in einem vergleichsweise angenehmen Rahmen (6 Gänge mit mehreren Zugaben = 119 Euro).Fazit: Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für jeden Feinschmecker und Fan der ehrlichen Hochküche. Der Michelin-Stern ist hochverdient und wenn die Leistung so bleibt kann man hier bestimmt noch mehr erwarten."

"Das Hotel besticht natürlich durch seine Lage! Mitten im Zentrum! Alles sehenswerte ist fussläufig zu erreichen! Aber auch durch das motivierte und super Freundliche Personal! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 2. Stock mit Blick auf den See, einfach herrlich!Die Zimmer sind super modern und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert! Entgegen einer vorherigen Bewertung fanden wir das Essen völlig in Ordnung. Im Gegenteil, die Rhabarber-Grütze war ein Traum! W-Lan gibt's for free und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl, wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt und im Wintergarten lässt es sich traumhaft verspeisen!Zu Alle dem gibt es eine tolle Laufstrecke um den See (7km) direkt vor der Tür.Ich würde das Hotel / Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen"

"It was a dream. From the reception in the entrance to the adoption everything fits here. We were allowed to sit upstairs. This is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The dishes were super delicious and hot. The steaks cooked to the point and also the rest convinces with its unique taste. Compliment to the kitchen simply super. The service was very friendly and attentive. Every wish was read by our eyes. If you want to eat really well at Timmendorfer Strand, it's here. Even if the restaurant does not overlook the lake. Thank you."
