"In letzter Zeit hat man ja immer mal von überfordertem Personal vernommen. Auch mangelnder Professionalität wenn es voll ist. Heute muss ich das bestätigen und leider in aller Deutlichkeit einen drauf setzen.Volles Lokal und Biergarten. Neben dem Haus noch eine leere Bierzeltgarnitur. Meine beiden Kinder und ich gehen rein, möchten 3 Kaltgetränke bestellen und mit raus nehmen. Dies wurde verweigert mit dem Hinweis, es gäbe keine Plätze mehr. Ich sagte, wir würden uns an die Bierzeltgarnitur setzen. Dort würde aber nicht bedient, so die Erwiederung. Mein Vorschlag, ich nehme gerne mit raus und zahle hier sofort, wurde abgelehnt.Mir fehlt hierzu jedes Verständnis. Dass der Chef draussen, darauf von mir angesprochen, die Achseln zuckt und sagt, das ist so, macht es vorsichtig ausgedrückt nicht besser.Ich war hier hin und wieder, mit zunehmend durchwachsenen Erfahrungen. Heute hats mir nachhaltig gereicht. Hier muss sich sehr grundlegend etwas ändern. Dieses Lokal brauche ich nicht mehr.Das Eis in der Innenstadt hat dann noch gut geschmeckt. Auch dort war es voll, aber das Beispiel dafür, dass Kunden bedient werden können und man vernünftig miteinander umgehen kann, auch wenn es stressig ist."
