"I'm a big fan of September. I like the atmosphere. Especially when it gets dark outside or already is, the ambience of September will be excellent. Both in the basement and in the upper floor, light and mood are very cumbersome. Instead of bright lights there are many candles. During my stay in Bad Bevensen I was more often there so that I could taste the one or other small warm meal (e.g. tomato soup) in addition to the rich buffet with salmon, smoked trout, sausage, cheese, jam etc. The cakes and the fruit cakes are self-baked and come in large portions. The largest: The coffee is freshly roasted, you can also buy different varieties and enjoy at home."
