Throw together and unharmed. I love Cajun cuisine and this place seems as if they read it in a book and tried to emulate what they think, Cajun spices and taste palate taste like. The dependence on the deep frit for most of the menu is told. I always leave here full of fat and know what I could have been so much better if it had just been prepared with a little more care and a little less fat. read more.
