"Drive thru is pleasantly different. At busy times they don't take phone orders. Food is cooked to order so it takes a while sometimes. It has been worth the wait. Absolutely love the fries."

"The person who sent us to a table didn't ask if we wanted a booth or table. He threw the utensils and menus on the table and left. We had to ask if we could get a booth. Our waitress was nice but we had to wait awhile to order. I had to ask for refills. And we never got our check so we just went to the front to pay.Food: 3/5"

"The Kurdish woman I ordered to wait at 7PM. I had both a text message and an email message that asked me to click a link to check-in and tell the restaurant that I was there. neither these 2 separate left worked. When I got into the load, I called the number on the curbside sign before me. I was early. it was 6:45 and I told him I was early. she asked me where I was parked and told me that she would hand out my command when he was ready. I waited until 7:10 and called again and told the staff (again) where I was and told them that they were now 10 minutes too late. someone immediately brought out the order and told me that he had been ready and someone must have forgotten it when I came home, my ice was melted for the cute and I was not provided for my suppe a spoon only a package with fork/knea. I was already in the 2nd floor of a hotel and had turned me into my pyjamas. I had to dress up and go to a gas station to get a spoon for my suppe. all hot items in my order were cold. uncool!"

"I have never seen a place that has good food but has the poorest service. Dine in closed and drive thru should be closed as well. As long as it take to sit there and place your order. Cars drive off due to this problem. When you finally get to thewindow there are 6 employees standing around laughing and talking while you have very angry , frustrated customers who actuallywaited over 30 minutes for orders. WENDY'S your employees are going to put you out of business. Train your staff to meprofessional and punctual ."
