"The first time. Waited 10 minutes for each service. When we got our food, we had to wait 5 minutes to get our cutlery. Our waiter rarely showed up. We had to shut down the manager twice to get service. No refills that were never in a restaurant that did. The food was good. Why I didn't have a star. Well, I'll give him another shot later because a waitress noticed and tried to help in the end and leave us a sad note."

I've worked fast food so I am very considerate and thoughtful when it comes to voicing complaints which is rare to begin with so there was no excuse for her extremely unprofessional behavior. I will never go to that chain in Lockhart."

"Just what you would expect from a tucked away eatery in a small town. I would classify it as comfort/German/ mid-70s 80s vibe type food. The server was nice and asked for a refill. "Terrible eating. bark meat and brokkoli tasted and looked like rotten dog food. sweet and acidic pork is not cooked in the sauce, they need to add it themselves and the black is way to fried. baked rice is only steamed white rice with soy sauce, no sweet, no meat and certainly not roasted. crab rangoons have no crab, only cream cheese with nothing else. idk as they are still in business. they wouldn't give a refund, we threw everything away, couldn't even eat it!"
