great German meal tonight. from the potato pancakes with apple salad to the sour roast with spaetzle and red cabbage. they can be ed to find the food ready.

"All the restaurants in the area had arranged outdoor seating. we chose this restaurant because of their courtyard but instead were seated in a tight noisy corner on a beautiful warm evening. the food was not great and way over priced. $65 for a mediocre crabcake is insane. Baked oysters a big disappointment. Fish was prepared lovely but dry and overcooked."

"My husband and I had another wonderful meal at the Barley Sheaf. I will say to potential diners that while their preparations are interesting, the flavors are always amazing!! Our waitress Judy was equally great!!. She was very attentive and just genuinely seemed to love what she does. The menu changes weekly so don’t go by what you see on the internet. Enjoy!"
