"Good pitstop with excellent service and lots of seating. Nice variety of bites but food could be improved (eg. blue cod fish chips was bland and turkey piece was dry). Loved the cordon bleu so maybe you can try that!"

"Located halfway between Te Anau and Queenstown, in the middle of nowhere, we stopped over for brunch at 11.30. Bfast is served till 11.00. The food was good and the service was about 15 mins. The cafe has a few artworks for sale and a few touristy novelty items... We ordered egg sandwich $5.50 pumpkin soup $12 and pasta $24 (big serving). A few alpacas and sheeps at the back. Beautiful views all around."

"Stopped in for a coffee on a wet and miserable day and was hit by the aroma of the pies so just have to have one. The BEST venison pie i have ever had, full of big chunks of meat and a delicious gravy, just awesome!. The coffee was a damn nice accompaniment too!"

"This bakery does top notch pies and fresh cream donuts. Had a lamb curry pie passing through one day, was disappointed it was all they had left (because they are a popular stop) but it was delicious."
