A cool place to relax
Everything is great, we often visit this place!
Один раз там був і більше не буду! Температуру чану потрібно самому контролювати бо недогрівають, чай коштує 250 грн!!!!!! Обслуговування ніяке.. Не рекомендую....

"Yesterday I witnessed a fight between a waitress and visitors. To say that I am in shock is an understatement. The guests of the establishment were forced to leave without ordering anything. I understand them, because of the guest’s remark that they had not been approached for a long time, instead of apologizing and calmly accepting the order, such a verbal altercation began with accusations. Of course, the visitors were forced to leave. Very unprofessional staff, very. Even from an unprofessional point of view, but simply from a human point of view this is not how normal people behave."

"We waited for the order for almost 2 hours. We were not warned about this! They didn't bring everything. We ordered pasta with butter for children it was cooked an hour after our complaints. This is the worst establishment among all where we have been during the entire vacation. I do not recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"I do not recommend it, there is no service. They spoiled the beginning of such a long-awaited vacation. When checking in after 2:00 p.m., the room was not ready yet. Half of the dishes on the menu are not available. If you wanted dishes with local berries or mushrooms, they are not available. Portions are indicated without weight. As an example, 5 portions of dumplings fit in a borscht plate, two portions of fried potatoes consisted of ten small quarters... Security and administrator are absent. Aggressive and hungry guests throw at other visitors, there will be no help in resolving the conflict from the administration. There is no cook, the dishes are prepared by a bathman, also known as a potter. On the following day, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., they looked for someone to hand over the rooms to, but did not find the territory of the complex empty, so it is useless to say that these are unreal things about coffee or breakfast... even after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday... The comment about the vats, the premises deserves special attention in cobwebs and garbage, washcloths lying around after previous visitors, dirt all around. Two hours of vat 1600 hryvnias, during this time no one threw firewood into the firebox. The concept of the establishment is cool, the prices are correspondingly high, but it all needs to be maintained. At least use such an invention of humanity as a high-pressure washer and clean rooms with tanks. I wrote this review in August 2021, and I received a reply almost two years later on 07/09/23. the speed of response is impressive, by the way, the owner 's answers under negative comments are a separate masterpiece . I perfectly understand that they are written off by a hired employee who is not controlled by anyone, and most likely does not have the appropriate education, but it is necessary to at least include a little bit of service culture, not just talking . And analyze the essence of the problem, analyze what was done wrong, what to pay attention to, what will you do or maybe have done with the problems described in the review? And give an adequate answer. First of all, people pay YOU for a SERVICE, which, unfortunately, you do not want to provide, although all the conditions for this are there. It is better not to write back at all than to be so unprofessional."
