Do you really buy ceviche from a food truck? If the truck is purple the answer is yes! I had a great experience eating at Cevicheria Incainos this week! I ordered a mixto ceviche with a chicha morado to wash it down! Delicious! Plus I learned all about Peruvian cuisine from the chef. This was an all around great experience. Highly recommended!
