The Old Moat House is a beautiful place, myslef and my now wife held our wedding reception here a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with how the day went. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble and I can only imagine how hard it must have been getting 57 carvery meals out to very hungry people so very well done for doing that successfully. Absolutely appalling. Attended at 2:50, ordered food and drinks and time on ticket was 3:03, queued up for the carvery about 10 minutes into waiting a blonde lady appeared and shouted to the queue that the beef would be another 20 minutes as it was not ready.
