Excellent cuisine. The chef masters sauces like no other and offers varied world cuisine. Everything is tempting, we will have to come back!

"Only eaten at a 1 star before to be honest, this was probably wasted on me. My poor palette cant distinguish between 1 Mstar and 3 Mstars Anyways, had a fantastic time with the tasting menu, best dishes were the fish and the lobster...Drinks also excellent im not a wine person but the experience with the wine was fantastic Dessert was good, but that was the only dish I wasnt blown away by! Service was exceptional really outstanding, very impressive Its expensive, 2 people drinks and tasting menu 1200 CHF... I wont come back, but if you can afford it, its delicious, really a once in a lifetime experience!"

"This beach restaurant (Buvette) offers a wide selection of meals throughout the summer. Especially recommended are grilled meat and pizza. Wines from the Lavaux region are available as well as many beer brands. You cannot reserve your table as it is self-service. Nevertheless, if you are patient, a place becomes free. Prices are moderate for the region. The view is amazing. You can see the Lavaux vineyards on the left and the French Alps on the opposite side of the lake. Many people bring their Stand Up paddle to this beach because it is a good starting point for a paddle ride. The beach is stone and the water is very clear. Thete are public showers and bathroom rooms. Parking can be packed quickly during high season, so it is recommended to come by public transport. Bus number 85 departs from Lausanne gare to Lutry."
