"Good is fine for a Taco John's. But we drove through the drive thru and they messed up our order. Found out when we got home. Went back, tried to make my wife feel like it was our fault. Then made her pay for fresh potato ole's since she didn't want to eat cold food after we all ate without her. Never had an experience like this for customer service before."

"They have great food but if your ordering to go they always forget condiments like salad dressings, mayo and ketchup. Ordered a salad got to hotel threw away salad because there was no dressing. Happened numerous times with condiments so just stopped going. Was staying for work."

"Was there for my birthday with my family on NYE 2016. Fantastic experience. We all had burgers and agreed that they're the best restaurant burgers we've had in a while. My Blue Mound burger was excellent! I opted not to do the challenge. I actually wanted to enjoy and savor the meal. The Parmesan fries are awesome! Keep up the good work!"
