The dishes offered are just a delight for taste buds, a soft meat like butter, a tasty jam, not to mention the choice of entries and desserts. "Hungry and thirsty we broke our journey here on the long trip from Biarritz to Bergerac. The menu du jour was an experience in this very busy local restaurant. Admirable service by just one waitress who thankfully was aided by some younger helpers before too long. Set menu was a new experience tuna salad to start, goose gizzards to follow and cheese or crepes to follow for us lot. All washed down with a bottle of house red and finished with strong French coffee. Different foods and textures were an experience. Pleasant server restaurant OK loo a bit messy and some cracked windows a bit dusty but great value for money and worth a visit."
