the service at olives by hilton was really great. especially moustafa ahmed. moustafa was really nice. we traveled with my opa (93 y 87) he was really niche with them, always trying to help them and serve them. moustafa is a real example that is the Egyptian folk. the best at moustafa and the rest of the crew at olives. The setting is beautiful but the food is just bad. Not even average but bad. My daughter’s chicken nuggets were actually raw luckily I noticed the pink colour after one bite. None of the dishes were as per the menu (missing bread or salad or sides). Chicken shish was beyond dry and totally unseasoned without the advertised bread or sides.
