They were on 20.08.23. On the website and at the entrance, it is stated that entry to the pool after 16.00 costs UAH 150. So are my friends who came earlier and paid. The cashier told me that the promotion is no longer valid (so out of the blue) and I have to pay UAH 400. This does not promote customer loyalty.
