I booked the afternoon tea online, I didn't realize it was not in the Waterford restaurant, but in the other café at the spa and swimming facilities. We married at the hotel and after the request we were allowed to sit in the hotel's "wedding place". The front of the hotel is beautiful. When you go to the cafe it has a “Butlins ” feel about it. It was not really what I was looking for. The staff were a bit cold when we arrived but there was one waiter who was really good. View all feedback.
