Wow what a wonderful open evening. The samples of food where absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was electrifying and enjoyed by all. The positive about this was the food was on the plate. The food was cold or not cooked, prior to ordering we asked if the beef was pink and was told it wouldn’t be- it was very pink! This was also cold and incredibly hard to cut and very chewy, but it was the gift that kept on giving as it was stuck in your teeth through all the chewing.
