What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Lynchburg:
It's Olive Garden. It's not great It's not horrible It's right solidly in the middle. Food, service, price, decor...middle of the road. I do think the quality of the salad has gone down though. Too many better options. View all feedback.

I haven't been in an olive garden for over 10 years, but my family and I came to dinner while we were in a hotel on the street and that was the best experience in the restaurant any I've ever had. our server was ben, and he was so nice and made everyone laugh and smile on the table. eating was also very quick to get out and the portions here are huge (which explains the price). everyone was nice, eating was good, the cocktails they had provided were so delicious, and we had a great time.
Our waitress was either new and still found her foot or just natural. I don't know the word. but eating was good, the overall experience consistent, so all in all, they are still worth the trip.
Tonight I sung here with my friend and we had rilegh our waitress. her service was very slow, did not check us out, and our suppe was also cold and seemed as if it was sitting outside before we get it.
The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because our server was pulled aside and spoken to (in some form I am not aware of) by management which in turn affected her work. However, Anna was a wonderful, happy, friendly, spot-on server and if she could wait our table everywhere we ate, I'd put her in my pocket! She was very helpful. Very patient, helped us decide on a few items we ordered when we were torn, she kept our drinks full, our table full of food and clear of finished dishes. I know we all need direction or guidance or some form of critiquing, but my suggestion to the management is to do it in a down period or before or after a shift. Not while your employee has tables.
