Best egg rolls!. I have been going to Phillipine Delight since they were located at the Plaza. The people are a delight and so is the food. My favorite is the egg roll. Hot and crispy. Next favorite are the chicken and pork kabobs which they bring to festivals around the area. None left I'm sure. I love the pansit noodles too but trying to limit the carbs.
