"Special Dietary Options Available The award winning hand made ice cream is a delectable treat. The offer keto, sugar free, dairy free and gluten free options though all of the traditional ice creams are excellent.The gluten free waffle cone (available on Saturdays Sundays only) is highly recommended with a great taste and is also dairy free. The Toasted Coconut Chunk has plenty of chunks of chocolate and coconut while not being over flavored by the coconut. The award winning Off The Block Chocolate has a nice rich Belgian chocolate flavor. The Espresso Chunk is a strong coffee flavored ice cream and the Pistachio (not a regular menu iitem) is smooth and creamy with slight pistachio pieces and delicate flavor.Pints are available to go and seemed to be a pretty popular request."

"My wife and I love this place! She has a gluten allergy and is always able to find a good meal here. we had our rehearsal here in 2020. I had extended family members invite to dinner, our number of guests higher than the number I had told the staff. they were incredibly accommodating and understanding and could certainly take care of all. top notch place!"

"Absolutely love this place, this atmosphere and the staff. When talking to other folks we meet in town we talk about how much we Absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. We've gone on couple dates, met with friends, had family gatherings there and really appreciate the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and attentive. We go so often I have so many stories and fun times (why we keep going back). The food is pretty good and the drink options are great. The staff is always really helpful in finding good options for the day too. We also love that we can take anyone to enjoy because it's such a great place to be. It's where we take all visitors who come into town!"

"I heard a lot about the Texas Inn in Lynchburg and finally got an opportunity to check it out! I went to the newer location because it was closest to me. I figured I 'd go with their Cheesy Western Burger and a chili dog. The chili dog was just okay; I 'm not a fan of the Jesse Jones red hot dogs, but I 'm getting used to them. Compared to the chili dogs at Moore 's convenience store on US460, the Texas Inn dog couldn 't hold a candle to Moore 's. I moved on to the famous Cheesy Western. I 've had a fried egg on a burger before and it was good. The Cheesy Western has a big helping of scrambled eggs on the burger with cheese and their house relish, which tasted to me like regular relish mixed with mustard. My opinion: scrambled eggs do not make a good burger topping. They don 't have a lot of taste and its spongy texture is not great on top of a burger. To be honest, I couldn 't even taste much of the hamburger due to the stuff piled on to it. I believe I also had onion rings with it? If I did, they were nothing worth remembering. Service was okay, but it was a takeout order. Also, I left the restaurant and immediately went to my car where I ate the food and it was already room temperature. Maybe the original location is better? Perhaps I 'll give it a try someday. I 'll try ordering something else to see if it 's better. I won 't be trying the Cheesy Western again! For all of the good reviews, I was disappointed. I don 't see what all of the hype is about, personally."

"WOW! We stumbled into this place while driving by. From the time we walked in we felt welcome. The waiting time was 45 minutes unless we wanted to sit at the bar. We chose the bar and what an excellent choice. Danielle and Miranda were the bar tenders. Miranda turned out to be our bartender and I can’t begin to tell you what a great experience we had. Very attentive, friendly and on top of any request we had. When she was busy Danielle didn’t hesitate to help us. The food was excellent. My husband had the cast iron cod, which came with shrimp, scallops and 2 sides. I had the surf and turf was a flat iron steak with bacon wrapped shrimp which also came with 2 sides. The sautéed mushrooms were so delicious I could have just had those as a meal had it been offered. The fried brussel sprouts where some of the best we’ve had. Definitely recommend going there."
