"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. "Best place I've eaten in Bournemouth, well worth the money! Went for my mum's birthday. Staff couldn't be more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The vegetarian menu was outstanding.
