I ordered online for a pickup at a specific time. I walked in and had to wait in a long line because the food wasn't in the pickup spot. When I got to the front I stated I had a pickup at a specific time, which passed, and they didn't even start the order. I'm very disappointed with Boloco lately. I used to love it here but the quality has really gone down. I've always loved the chicken teriyaki bowl but the last 2 times I got it, it no longer has carrots and onions only burned broccoli. The chicken is like charred to where some pieces are inedible and it just doesn't seem as fresh as it used to be. Disappointing. I still love their chips and guac though! View all feedback.

Mad good Buffalo burritos/bowls at a good price. Highly recommend this location. Great outdoor seating.
