Additionally, the woman at the register was extremely rude and was on a personal phone call while checking out customers. She should have been giving every single customer her full attention—it's part of her job. To make matters worse, this same woman overcharged my friend. The food itself was terrible. The chicken I ended up getting was fatty and unappetizing because there was nothing else available. They barely gave me any guacamole when I asked for it, and charged an extra $2 for it, which feels like a scam! If you enjoy Chipotle, I recommend choosing a different location. This place is definitely not worth your time.

I'm really glad to see a Chipotle in Lynnfield! It's conveniently located, tidy, and offers quick service. I really enjoy Chipotle, but I do wish the portion sizes were a bit larger. A tip: if you go on a day with bad weather, you might just get a bigger serving!

The food was quite predictable. The proteins were overcooked and a little dry. Do they ever resemble the pictures in the menu or the TV commercials? We really need to stop settling for less. What stood out the most during this visit was the indifference of the staff towards the one poor guy at the counter. They all seemed to be at odds with one another and didn’t take a moment to assist him. My service rating reflects his efforts to do his job and cater to the customers' needs.
