What User doesn't like about Jamba:
It is unusual for me to write a negative review, but here we are. It seems that this restaurant is run by high schoolers who may not have the best handle on things. The drinks are good, but service can be unreliable. For example, today, April 7th, the girl working at the counter told me they were out of juice. Jamba Juice is out of juice? This was around 3pm. I have been regularly from this site of jamba since 2013. the management is very bad in customer service. Today I was told by manager marion to leave the load because I insisted on getting my money back for a order that could not be fulfilled because of the product. I had even called ahead to see if she had the act I wanted, and the answer was yes) I paid for a drink I didn't get, and was shouted by the manager marion to leave the load! When I called, she was on me. very bad treatment in the did!
Super good. Wasn't the watermelon breeze I ordered but whatever it was it was amazing.
Amazing plant based smoothies and bowls. I come here time and again to get my vegan smoothie fix! The staff is also friendly and following COVID mask requirements.

This review is for the service provided on Monday August 23rd 4:45pm to 5:00pm.I have been Jamba Juice customer for years and have been to many locations across the states but this location has one of the worst customer service. Employees are clearly not well trained and don’t have a single basic customer service skill. The small young lady in yellow shirt, brown hair, 5’1 working at this location is rude, unprofessional and has a very bad work ethic and attitude. She walked pass me and then into the counter when I first enter without acknowledging my existence. Then when my order was ready, she just left the drink on the counter while laughing and joking around with her coworker without announcing if the order is ready or if it’s my order. I came up and said “excuse me” multiple times with no replies. She continued chatting and then going back inside. ???!! It’s so unacceptable for her behavior as she’s working in the store not like playing around in highschool. Another young girl had to come up to confirm my order so i can finally pick it up and leave. Very disappointed.
