Update: I have added two stars to my review. The customer service team at Dieuck's company saw my feedback and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Although I did not have a great initial experience, they found a way to add stars to my account. I truly hope that they can work with the local management to improve the overall customer experience at this establishment. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I tried placing an order through the mobile app for this restaurant but accidentally selected a different location on April 16th. When I arrived at the restaurant, they asked for the name on my order at the pick-up window. Once they realized my mistake, they confirmed my order on the app and quickly prepared my meal.
