We ordered the 3- course classic menu. Didn’t expect that it would be an extended 3-hr lunch! Nevertheless, the staff were courteous and friendly. The wait in between course helps to digest your food before you take in the next course. Each course portion is just right. Presentation of food is excellent. This food courses were the main problem during my dining experience here. I chose the full tasting menu option which was, except for the desert courses, pretty much flavorless. I have had numerous one Michelin star dinners, in France and worldwide, that were much better.
