I ordered delivery on the website and somehow it switched me to pickup. I called the store and they canceled the order and suggested I re-order via tge website. Place my order. On about 5 minutes the panda guy calls me back. The driver just picked up my order. Yay, what service! 45 minutes later no delivery and I'm 7 minutes away. I call back. Get a woman who investigates. We have always tipped very well for takeout orders at this Panda Express. Until an employee told us the owners don't pass the tips on to the employees. 4 stars for decent fast food and service, and 1 star for greedy owners that don't appreciate their employees. View all feedback.
