"Ordered via Take Away. Received the order half an hour after the agreed time. The sandwiches were cold. Called the shop for fresh hot kebaps. The owner hung up the phone. Called a second time and the owner reacted aggressively and canceled again. I called a third time to ask if we were going to get more sandwiches. I got no clarity. After 10 minutes they called a fourth time with the explanation that they were not going to make sandwiches. This is what I call rude and poor customer service. Ali Baba loses a customer. The quality has been lower lately, but this is the final straw. Update after owner's response: 1) your supplier indicated that they were cold and would solve this. This in itself can happen. As long as it is resolved properly, that is not a problem. 2) I can understand that they are not warm. The sandwiches were not warm, or even lukewarm. They were cold. I'm not going to send back sandwiches that are warm. I paid for something (75 euros). I repeat your supplier confirmed that the sandwiches were cold. 3) what is especially worst is that the person on the phone was rude to a customer and even hung up the phone twice without any warning. This showed little respect to the customer and is not done once. 4) as an owner you could also have proposed an alternative. You could apologize from the first time, make the sandwiches again and if necessary we would take them out ourselves and there was no discussion about hot or cold sandwiches. For example, the business showed itself to be jovial to a customer and did not hang up the phone twice during a conversation.
