While this restaurant is not completely vegan, they have absolutely nothing to fear about vegan items are clearly marked, server are trained and trained on veganism, and there is a completely separate station for vegan items to avoid cross-contamination. They changed their menu.
Nice rest. Many vegan options. The staff was very helpful. Had a smoothie, Burrito bowl and a dessert. I am happy to try other dishes on the menu. Come back!
