We love Pistachio, the food is always great and the menu changes with the season. Both the tasting plates are fantastic - 3 tastes of entrees, and 4 tastes of desserts, wonderful idea, especially when you can't make up your mind what you want. Can't wait to go back again. This restaurant has a nice decor and friendly ambience. Staff were friendly enough and service was fine. Good menu selection, and great range of local wines to try. The food was well cooked, nice enough flavours and combinations. I have to say that my salmon was cooked perfectly.
