Very disappointing. My daughter's school was having a fundraiser this weekend so we decided to go in and eat. The entire staff was completely clueless about the event and how/what code to put in at checkout. This is very unfortunate because it was my first experience with Jersey Mike's and our sandwiches were actually quite good. View all feedback.
