Shamrock Hotel - Mackay

After we had eaten some paints in the last weeks in mackay with visitors, this was the best meal and the best service we had. the place was also the cleanest and great for families.

My meal had a lump haare in it (no exaggeration.) this is the second meal in a series where the food quality under 1/10 reviews. I was shocked and disgusting. the vegan Kofta meal, which was also ordered at our table, was served with a garnel from parmesan cheese and had to be restored. it is sad to see how such a beautiful place goes downhill because the poor boss/kitchen cooperates. please order her hair nets her chefs about nutritional needs and terminology like vegan' .... I will not return definitiw.

We go to rammrock all the time today the food and service was much undercut. was not happy at all, will not be back soon. that's really sad.

The food was ordered by us all 7 and came out at the same time what was good to see. mealtimes saw and tasted great. lachsmehl gut super, tastes super

The staff were pleasant. The food was hot delicious and fresh. The only complaint. No cake defrosted. They need to train there staff on making coffee 6 of us had coffee and we could not drink it. We sent one back as it was undrinkable. The rest was not hot just Luke warm and very strong.
